The image is of a smiling woman, wearing a Republican elephant pin and holding a sign which reads: CHAIN ME UP AND HARVEST MY RAPE BABIES/VOTE GOP
I wonder if anybody has any more info about this? I think this woman has to be trolling the GOP. This is probably photoshopped, as a couple of people have pointed out.
